Return and Refund Policy
As these are made-to-order pieces, products dispatched in perfect condition are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund. The amount will be non-refundable once dispatched.
However, if you find any damage to your product upon delivery, please contact us immediately at support@zuriijewels.com and share: of the damaged item, and opening video (this is mandatory for any damage claim).
In case of verified damage: full refund or a replacement. 4–5 working days after verification.
