Please Note:
All our pieces are made to order. Minor color and design variations may occur, as natural stones are used and each piece is handcrafted. Slight differences from the product photographs on our website are to be expected.

Return and Refund Policy

As these are made-to-order pieces, products dispatched in perfect condition are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund. The amount will be non-refundable once dispatched.

However, if you find any damage to your product upon delivery , please contact us immediately within 24 hrs of receiving the parcel at support@zuriijewels.com or whatsapp no - 9664015921 and share:

• Detailed pictures of the damaged item, and

• An opening video (this is mandatory for any damage claim).

• If the parcel comes back to us means RTO due to any of the reasons then RESHIPPING charges will be PAID by customer . 
• For reshipping the parcel back to us customer will have to reship the parcel at their end to our office.
• Address n all will be provided upon call or through whats app. 

In case of verified damage:

• You are eligible for a replacement .
  

Cancellation Policy

As we are manufacturers and wholesalers of this jewellery:

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as they are all customised .
